My service advisor was Jess. He gave me 5 Star service by explaining what needed to be done AND what was done in language that was understandable to me. He was clear and concise. He made sure I was put in a loaner car. The reason I am giving only 4 Stars is not because of Jess but because of the dealership. I've owned several Infinity vehicles and have dealt with several Infinity Dealerships in Pennsylvania, Maryland and 2 in Florida. Infinity of Tampa is the only dealership that I've ever dealt with that charges you for snacks; I found that to be cheap and unexpected at a dealership that sells and services higher end vehicles. It's just potato chips guys!... As a courtesy to your customers, you can't comp (complimentary) that? Secondly, and more importantly, I had to fight rush hour traffic from Wesley Chapel to Infinity of Tampa to return the loaner vehicle and pick up my car. As a small business owner, time is money and this cost me money. Unfortunately, because the "other" dealership, close to the coast, will drive a loaner car to me in Wesley Chapel, take my car, service my car, and return my car to me and pick up theirs, I will probably be returning to them. Their service is good, my service rep their is very good, their snacks are always free "even the yogurt covered cashews, cappuccinos (oh, and free manicures on Mondays if you wait)", AND they simply make it easy on me and I don't lose time or money. I brought my G37X in to address the "service engine" light and rough idling/acceleration.  The service advisor, Jess was extremely professional, helpful and courteous.  They did not have any loaners at the time so he did everything possible to get the work done quickly.  Did not try to sell additional ( unnecessary) services and frequently came to the waiting area to update me on the status of the work.  I live about 30 miles away but will return to that dealership for my next routine service because of the way I was treated, reasonable price and the work quality.  Of course, the car runs great now.

I usually have great experienced here but I went in for an oil change, two days later had to tow it back to the dealership because the oil cap was left off, causing my engine to turn off while I was on the highway. So now I'm waiting for my truck to be fixed with a used engine. The manager hasn't even called to express any concern about the fact that me and my brother could have died because of their mishap

Jess takes good care of his customers and goes out of his way to ensure everything you need is taken care of. We always come back to Infiniti of Tampa because of the attention to detail and the world class team they have there. Keep up the great work.

I bought a pre owned vehicle in excellent condition, excellent price and excellent service. All the paperwork was transparent and very fast. I recommend them widely
