The salesman will give you anything saying your prequalified.  When your not good luck getting your money back from these losers.,thank God for the corporate office. At least someone cares.

Called me and texed everyday until i finally went in. Had only one car that i was APPROVED for. Left in the car for 1 1/2 hours to get comfortable with it so paperwork could be done. Brought in my 500.00 down but later i was asked for 500.00 more. Then was told i need to pay that 500.00 in 2 weeks but call and say i only have 250.00. I told the man i wouldnt even have that. 4 hours later he is no where to be found as i spent the entire afternoon alone. Now he's with someone else and told me he'd be right there. Needless to say i left and no one even noticed. Not a call asking where i went. Lost 245.00 out of my wallet that i left on the back of the truck. I took off so mad i wasnt thinking.  Next day no call either. Still havent gotten a call.

Tried to hem me up
Left me all alone

Iram was great, very patient from start to finish, the deal took over 6 hours and he helped me every step of the way, I can't thank him enough and would recommend him and Chapman's to everyone.

Very professional and great experience. Iram was our sales professional and Ricky, sales manager, made it a quick and easy process!  We had plans to check out a few other dealerships, but Chapman ended up being our only stop, and we drove off the lot with our vehicle!  Fair, upfront, & honest group!

Overall a great buying experience. We found a great car priced fairly. And the finance department got us a great rate, better than we hoped. Highly recommend them.
