Associate advised me that a purchase is returnable for up to a year if you are a member of the Charming Charlie Club.  I was estactic because my mom changes her mind like the weather.  I also love that I can find purses and accessories and several colors for just about any ocassion.

My favorite store. They have beautiful 
Things at a good cost. I had one necklace break but everything has flaws. I love it here though and will be back! My favorite was the Mother's Day tote! I also like the cool wallets in yellow!!!!!!!!!! Great for wedding occasions too or holidays 😇💐

Not a fan of this place.  Had a piece of jewelry that broke because of what I believed to be a defect, but they wouldn't refund or exchange it, and I am a huge repeat cutomer.  FOr this reason, I'm done with them.
