The three employees that were working that day were very unfriendly.  When I walked in, there were no other customers. However, none of the employees bothered to help me. I walked around the small store for about ten minutes and not once was I asked if I needed any help. My sister and I were even discuss how we liked one of the watches. A few minutes later, a couple walked in that looked to be in their mid thirties. They received no service either. Love the products but those employees should not be paid just to stand there and watch their customers.

I purchased a ring about a year ago and every few months I have to exchange it due to the stones falling out. I've probably exchanged it 6 times over the past year. Today I took it back and asked for a refund. I was told that was not possible. They no longer carry that runs but was offered store credit that needs to be used same day. The thought have having to take another piece of jewelry back every few months does not interest me. I experienced my unhappiness but still no refund. I do not recommend buying anything from this company. There product is crappy along with the customer service.
