Rude, incompetent staff member. Tried to get our 6 month ring inspection to maintain the lifetime replacement warranty. Unfortunately,  we did not have our paperwork. She said she couldn't look it up from our uncommon name alone. We needed to know the exact date and store that the stone was purchased at even though there is a unique serial number etched in the stone and we have had the inspection done in the past without paperwork. I won't be returning to this particular store...ever!

This Kay Jewelers can be hit or miss. Sometimes I get a very friendly, helpful staff member or sometimes I get a very unfriendly, disengaged staff member. I have found they're not pushy which is a bonus.

I went to pick out an engagement ring after Thanksgiving I picked one out that day they told me they would have it in 2 to 3 weeks. 4 weeks after not hearing anything I call they said they had my ring come pick it up, when. I got there he told me it was sized down a lil before leaving he realized it was still a 7 and told me I could present the size 7 to her,which I knew was a bad idea but not want to mess up my proposal I presented to her on Christmas eve ,she loved it but the problem is she can't where it now it's Feb 8 and I still don't have it but yet they want me to pay on this ring that I don't have ,once I receive this ring I will never ever go back to kay they r a joke

They know nothing about watches, walked in for a simple watch battery they ended up breaking the watch I was shocked to learn that none of these sales people are NOT certify to work on watches , they do it only for the quick $ this is unfair for me and my wife since it was her watch , and they had to ship it and we waited 4 weeks for it to come back , big disappointment
