Friendly. They welcomed me to firehouse. Italian was good. Only downer was my pickle was still frozen. Just the tip tho.

Their sandwiches are fabulous! And the variety of hot sauces with numbers on top to indicate heat are fun to try!

Wish I could post the picture of the sandwich I ordered. Ordered extra mushrooms and literally had one slice of a mushroom on my turkey bacon ranch. Why am I paying for extra toppings when I don't even get any in the 1st place? The sandwich is drenched in mayo... and no one I our order received the pickles that come with it. This isn't the first time either... It's too bad because my office orders food from here a few times a month.

Bummer they use to carry really good angus roast beef that was medium rare. Now it's cheap tasting and well done! Wont be back!
