Used to be a great Chili's. The last year...awful. Came last night and there were empty tables on both sides of the restaurant and we were told a 40 minute wait? We left. Came again for lunch today. Almost empty restaurant. Went to sit at empty bar tables and they were all dirty. Stood at front for 5 minutes before we were greeted. Sky asked if I needed help (she appeared to be the only employee except bartender). I said yes we had 2 for lunch. She said I'll be right back and went in back. My husband came back from the bathroom and decided he was DONE with this Chili's. Too many bad experiences from long food waits, cold food, disconnected staff. We're done with this restaurant! So sad as I used to work here in the 1990's. Left and went across the street where we were pleasantly greeted immediately upon walking in the door at Applebee's. Seated, order taken, and margarita! Time for Chili's to take notice!

The only consistent thing about this Chili's location is how bad the food and service is. We went there last night and waited nearly an hour for food without seeing our waiter to be told why it was taking so long. When we finally got it, our food was room temperature on the verge of cold. The chicken in my tacos was so dry it was almost inedible. Not once did the waiter come back to ask how it was and everyone else was running around in a chaotic frenzy that we couldn't get anyone's attention to ask for a manager let alone refills on any drinks. We were there nearly two hours and saw our waiter twice: once to order and once when we got our food. We finally just used the kiosk to pay so we could leave utterly unsatisfied. We give this location a shot every few months and are reminded every single time why we choose to spend our money elsewhere. It's a pity, too, because there isn't another one for quite a ways. Maybe that's why they get away with less than mediocre service and food.

Extremely slow service. When dinner finally arrived it was cold and very little meat on prime rib bowl. Sent back and took over 10 minutes to make a new order. Very disappointed!

It gave my whole family food poisoning! They need to have someone come in and fix this! All of us now have food poisoning after eating from here! Absolutely awful!
