I really like the concept of this store and have purchased meals here multiple times over the last year. The staff is always extremely friendly and helpful. However, I've arrived at this location at least 3 times over the last 6 months during the normal posted business hours only to find it closed. Today was the first time there was a sign, "closed for routine maintenance". 5 stars for the food and product, but reducing it to 3 stars here due to inconsistent hours.
