Made a purchase and did not receive one item paid for returned to make another purchase,asked to be compensated,the manager would not givey anything except item that was missing because did not receipt after protesting his decision not to believe that my order was missing an item, knew the date and time of purchase. All he had to do was look up the order in his computer. Loss a customer that usually stopped for 3 orders almost every Wednesday night.

Drive through moves fast but lacking in service. If I ask for sauce when ordering but don't get it with my food then shouldn't I ask again for it? I got a nasty look, so I explained I asked for it when ordering? Got my sauce with no response but a killer stare, not even a "my pleasure!" I'm only going back on Sundays.

They take your order before you even pull up to the menu which is ridiculous— apparently they expect people to have their menu memorized..? Food tasted good/same as every other chick fil a. Asked for/paid for a large and received a medium.

Ordered a large size fry and the box is half full. This is not the first time this has happened! I would have taken it back but I live in Denver downtown and I am not going to drive all the way to Arvada. This has happened to me at multiple locations. If you are going to charge your customers for a large fry you should make sure they get what they paid for EVERY TIME!
