In general, this location is a credit to the RR brand, though our recent visit was a bit "off." The place is clean and the burgers are always delicious and presented well. At our last visit, the waitress (sorry, I forgot her name) kept our drinks and fries full and always checked in on us at regular intervals...up until we had finished our burgers, that is. After waiting for quite a while, we finally flagged her down to order dessert. That's when she showed us we had to order desserts via the table kiosk. It's great to have this tool, but we had no idea it was a requirement and felt bummed that we had waited so long and that she didn't check back sooner (or at least make sure we knew how to operate the kiosk.) Anyway, I ordered a Gooey Chocolate Cake and was terribly disappointed. The cake was not "Gooey” and actually a little chewy, I did not taste any berry sauce, the fudge was not hot, and the overall presentation was sloppy. (For comparison, I'm adding pics of this and the dessert menu.) I'll avoid ordering dessert here again, if that's how it'll show up. :-/

Their french fries are so delicious! They have an amazing selection of burgers and beer too. They recently renovated their menu and added some tasty appetizers. Will definitely be back.

stopped in for a business lunch...great service, fast food delivery and tasted excellent. Reasonable prices.....I recommend

How difficult is it to leave two items off a salad? Ordered through work and by the time I could take lunch, I saw they had given me the wrong salad. Due to dietary restrictions, I asked for no cheese and no croutons! This is cheese! I cannot order much from a menu so it really makes me upset when I cannot even get a simple salad the way I ordered it! What a waste! Never again!
