I have NEVER had a worse drive through order taker in my life. Chick didnt know what she was talking about whatsoever, and she kept getting mad at us for it. Worst Taco Bell ever.

Ordered a steak quesadilla meal with a Baja blast. First the soda was all carbonated water second my quesadilla is chicken instead and lastly the taco had almost no meat on it. This is ridiculous I've had to call before because of my order being wrong in the past. Also the drive thru was slow so it wasn't like they had many orders to deal with.

I had to wait for my rolled chicken tacos, oh well. Then when they came out they were on a dirty tray. Not acceptable. Got my money back

Nothing but rude talking Spanish behind my back like I don't know what they are saying. This place is so dirty. And Estrella is the rudest person iv ever met at a Taco Bell

I generally come here between 2300-0200. WHEN THEY ARE OPEN, everything is good, but I've never seen anywhere close early so many nights without warning. I show up well before closing on the nights that I drive by. It's hit or miss especially when they're open, the "Drive-thru Open" sign is off. When they're closed, the sign is on. It gets tiring when this is a weekly occurrence. This is the only "Open Late" Taco Bell, or anything really in my area so it kind of sucks.

Edit: Went there tonight 10-24-17. Didn't get what I asked for and what I did get was destroyed. Leaking into the bag was what should have been in my burritos. The 3 young kids don't work and I was sitting at the order screen while 3 joked around with an open mic. When I got to the window, they continued to joke while the wrong food was being made. Sat for about 3-5 minutes for my food. This place is not good.
