So my chicken biscuit got left out of my drive thru order. Didn't notice till I got home so I drove back and explained what happened and got one. This is the garbage I was given. There is barely half a biscuit in total and each side is about as thin as a piece of paper. Half of the egg was cold. The whole thing is falling apart and you should be embarrassed if this is the quality of food you're putting out to any customer.
I've tried and tried, but I can no longer deal with the Rivergate location. I'm not sure of what changed and when, but they have been NOTORIOUS for messing up my orders. On at least 2 occasions, I've ordered a grilled chicken sandwich on the gluten free bun and they literally did not give me chicken fillet!. The bun is always packaged separately and the grilled chicken along with the sandwich toppings are packaged in a separate bowl. All the toppings are there, but there's NO CHICKEN! Most recently we ordered 2 breakfast bowls with the grilled fillets and this is what I got I've made complaints and was rewarded for the bad orders, but they still get it wrong! It's not even worth it at this point - I'm happy to hear that some of you have had a much more pleasant experience
Service was mediocre. Food good, but open the indoor playground. I mean after all, you let the kids run around inside the restaurant where there is germs but not let them play in the indoor playground? our son was so disappointed that we could not play inside. So we took our food to go instead and then when we got to the outdoor playground nearby, they forgot our salad dressing. A salad without salad dressing is pretty mediocre at best.
You know I love Chick-Fil-a. Unfortunately this location is the closest one to my home. A couple bad experiences is understandable, but it’s becoming a regular occurrence. 2 large fries, both barely half full. They never get the sauces requested right. Multiple times they’ve given a regular sun joy when we’ve ordered diet. If I actually had kept a physical list of the complaints and disappointments we’ve had in our year of going to this location, it would go on for quite some time. I think we’re done with this location.
This is consistently the worst chick fil a in the area. Over 40 minutes in the drive through line and it was not busy to receive this garbage piece of chicken that was thinner than the pickle slice. They also forgot the toy in our kids meal AGAIN. We keep trying hoping they get their act together but they never have and obviously never will. Please save yourself the trouble, ignore the obviously fake reviews below, and go somewhere else.
The service that my family and I experienced at this Chick-Fil-A was very disappointing. Parts of our meal were missing and when we went to tell an employee we were ignored and not recognized. One of our chicken nuggets only had one actual chicken nugget and the rest was just fried breading scraps. When we asked an employee for a replacement because it was not acceptable he argued and said that it did not need to be fixed. Finally, he decided to replace the chicken nuggets but hen made smart remarks in the kitchen about our request. Overall we felt so disrespected. This type of service is unacceptable and very disappointing especially for Chick-Fil-A. There was also a large hair ball laying in front of the entrance to the kitchen photo attached below. I am very dissatisfied about our experience and this restaurant. We will not be returning to this location.
The staff is getting increasingly worse at this location. I simply asked a kid working for an update on an order I was picking up for someone because I stood there for 5 minutes and no one approached me. As I watched 7 employees carry on a conversation in front of the customers while nothing was getting done. After the nice boy asked me the name on the order. A light skinned girl with curly hair blatantly and loudly told the nice kid “ Don’t let that man rush you, he can wait” I did absolutely nothing to get that kind of response. I’ve been a hospitality manager for 15 years. The store wasn’t busy inside. No one corrected her, no one broke up the little staff gathering in front of the customers all waiting. I’m all about a great and positive workplace but really?
On 10/5, I went at 12:30, so super busy lunch time. I ordered ahead on the app just a sandwich and waited inside for 20+ mins. I asked 3 separate people about my order, one just kept walking around and did nothing. One rudely said “you must not have ordered it to this location” even though you have to be there to click “I’m here.” Finally one looked through the orders and found it, got it made, and when they handed it to me, said “someone just have stolen it.” They hand out every single meal, how would it get stolen? Only gave an extra star because once I got the sandwich, it was correct and good. But now I know to avoid this place during busy hours and to check on my own food in case someone “steals it.”
Although it took a while for drive through, and a couple of the nuggets were a bit small, it was still very good, as expected.
First time going to this Chick-fil-A in a while. We went to order inside and no one asked to take our order. None of the workers were interacting with each other. We decided to order online and wait since one asked for our order and people were also waiting in line. Once we received our food there was a piece of hair in my biscuit. So…. Good luck
