Amazing shop, better prices then you can find online, and used to be an intense dealer so they are very knowledgeable. Only problem I’ve ever had with them is when one of the employees suggested that Rodeo was a fun trail, which it is if you like long and flat. But In all seriousness very nice shop and my favorite in Moab

Great shop with excellent customer service. They accommodated our needs when we would only be in town to ride 1 day. They were 1 of 2 shops that we asked, the other would not rent to us because of time and weather, but chile took care of us. We told them our experience level and wanted some fun trails, they had great recommendations. We were also slightly late with the rental return, so I called ahead  and they said it would be ok. They set up the bike rack on our vehicle and showed us how to use it. Thank you Chile pepper bike shop, you have my business whenever I or anyone I know will visit Moab. 👍👍👌👌👌🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

From phone reservations to a slightly late rental pick up, Chile Pepper was friendly, knowledgeable and smooth through all my interactions with them. 

Rented a 27.5+ Salsa for a weekend of summer riding and had a speedy evening checkout with a good (but not condescending) overview of the bike and the surrounding trails. Bike came with tube and repair kit and staff was helpful with trail recommendations and notes about the specific bike I was renting. 

Returns went just as smoothly with a quick friendly chat about the rides and how I liked the bike, no hassle or issues with the few scratches the bike had accumulated through my riding. 

Definitely go for the insurance, it's $10 for the entire rental and sooo worth it for dings and scrapes that are bound to happen.

I've never known any business to get 4.9 stars, but i can see why this place does. Super friendly staff, great service. Sure it's the only bike shop I've been to in Moab but I see no reason to go anywhere else.

Great bike shop!  First time Moab trail riders.  Got set up with nice bikes and  got advice on the Dead Horse State Park Trails.  Weren't sure we were up to it as we're mostly city trail riders.  Great experience!  Got even better as the day went by and we got more comfortable riding on the rocks.  (59 year old guy and 58 and 59 year old women)
