We staff the most motivating trainers we can find who will help guide you, motivate you, and offer nutritional consultations to those who need it. At Fitness by Sami, you won't have to be concerned with it being a big gym that is full of people, or the sense of feeling lost because you are not sure you are doing an exercise right. You will have a knowledgeable trainer for the full hour making sure you understand the proper techniques for each exercise.

We offer a thousand square feet of fun that features group classes, personal training, massage therapy and more.
