Jane is amazing! For the last ten years I've taken both group and private Pilates classes with Jane and I always come away stronger, more balanced, and positive that I have learned something new.  Without doubt,  Jane is the best all round instructor I've had. She has a fantastic depth of knowledge so that she can guide and correct each move in a way that is understandable and memorable.  Sometimes, instructors don't push if you whine, and your strength, performance, and attitude suffer. Jane has that nice balance that lets her listen to you without letting you off the hook. So, no matter how grumpy or uninspired I am when I arrive, I always leave feeling better and stronger.  
I recommend Jane Jones and Pilates Greenhouse to everyone!

Outstanding! Jane and her dedicated team of trainers are knowledgeable, caring and focused on making sure that your sessions are tailored to your specific abilities, needs and aspirations regardless if this is your first lesson or have been practicing for many years. Always an energizing experience which integrate aspects of body, mind and spirit. Well worth the investment in yourself!
