Jeremiah and Wes who were on the Sales team were fantastic. They walked me through the entire process and were honest about what they could from a pricing standpoint. They did their best to give me the best possible price they could. They were simply amazing at laying the expectations, explaining the process and did not try to oversell me on options. I’d definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking to lease/buy a car. However, Douglas from the finance team could do with some training on how to deal with customers. My experience with him wasn’t as pleasant as it was with Wes and Jeremiah. He was curt and at times simply rude. However, everything worked out for the best in the end, but I’d definitely recommend that Douglas take cues from Jeremiah and Wes on how to deal with customers.

Things is getting smoother and i feel like Dale is working hard to making things much better and easy for me.im just waiting for my car to get fix and a mean time I get a replacement. Thanks for making things Lil bit easy for me now.!

UPDATE: No response from dealership still, I have filed a complaint with the Attorney Generals office and started a lemon law claim. My car is now going back into the shop FOR EVEN MORE WORK! Dealership sold me a lemon and they are refusing to take any responsibility for the vehicle. Had to go without a vehicle for nearly 10 weeks while warranty work was performed. I got the vehicle back with the check engine light still on and in even worse condition than before. Buyer beware.

Jason Swihart made the process of leasing our new 2018 Toyota Camry an absolute breeze. His general manager, Tim Vega, as well as Sammy in the finance department crossed the T's and dotted the i's for us, allowing us to fully enjoy the transaction and focus our attention on the excitement of leaving the lot in the vehicle of our choice within our budget parameters. Five stars and will surely use Jason for all our future car needs.
