Beautiful little gem of a park. Make reservations for the sites on the bluff overlooking the lake but all are nice. Extremely clean restrooms and shower facilities. Cold water only. Quiet and peaceful. Picnic tables are sheltered. It's quite breezy this month, early March.

This is a nice area to go in the summer. There's a large lake and lots and lots of picnic areas to park next to. There's toilet facilities there also. A good place to take the kids.

Looking forward to a bass boat and hours of wetting my line. The Dam is eclectic-period details: Built 1931-1939? by WPA/CCC? BRILLIANT man-made structure!

This lake is great! Not a ton of shade but bring a canopy and you can set up at any number of great spots to get in the lake or just hang out at the lake. Bell Point camp site was very clean and was not run down in my opinion. Bathrooms were clean. The permanent structure at each site was very useful. Better set up than others I've seen. Site B15 has an awesome view of the lake. You could get down to the lake from there but it would be a bit of a hike. We ended up at the Central recreation area which was easy to find a spot to set up and swim/hang out for most of the day. Enjoy!
