Bought a few kids bikes from the shop over the years as I’m partial to specialized and had great service. Recently had my own bike upgraded and they did an awesome job! Very professional, good guidance on parts, and very happy with the end result!

Wow, these people are amazing. I was in a pinch right before Christmas and they went beyond the call on duty to get my go-cart fixed. They have done a lot of work in the past for me and it has always been done very well. I highly recommend this company.

I came at 5:20 one day since the hours on google say they are open until 6. Guys were at the counter and looked at me but doors were locked, I came back the next day since I figured they shut down at 5 and were just still closing up. I walked around the next day for 15 minutes and didn’t see anyone that was obviously working in the bike area much less have any one offer me assistance. I’m very disappointed since it came highly recommended by a friend but there was no customer service to speak of.

upon my first time entering I was greeted at the door. They helped me find everything I needed for my particular needs. And as a very price conscious shopper they helped me find things that were in my price range as well. Great store ran by great people

I have bought a few thousand dollars worth of bike parts from this shop over the years. This ranges across 2 complete bikes, A nice set of triple wall rims, multiple tubes, multiple tire, grips, handlebars, air pumps, a helmet, bike lock. This shop has gone nothing but downhill. My last purchase (a rockhopper 29er) is nothing but a lemon. I would have rather bought my bike in a box and taken it to walmart to have it assembled. If you ride anything costing less than a few grand and have no carbon parts on it don't bother going here. They won't give your bike any attention or even care if they get it done right or not. I've blindly walked into shops where i have never been and get treated better than here where i have bought so much throughout the years. I wouldn't even go here for tubes anymore at this point.
