I had never dealt with a car lot before, and I was pretty apprehensive about choosing one to deal with, and I saw quiet a few positive reviews for Conklin, so I decided to go ahead and call them and set something up. I spoke with a saleswoman named Jody. She was awesome from the jump. I wasn't there longer than an hour, and she helped  me find exactly what I wanted. The whole process was very low-pressure and laid back. Not pushy at all. The finance guy was also super easy going and helpful; don't recall his name at the moment though.

I have been driving for 45 years now, and I can honestly say that this has been the most enjoyable process of buying a car that I have experienced.  Joel is knowledgeable, professional, and thorough.  While we were at the dealership, every single employee that walked past us, or that we encountered, was friendly, spoke to us, or asked if we needed anything.  You get the feeling that everyone there works as a team to support the customer regardless of which salesperson is making the sale. We will definitely go back to Conklin for any future car buys, even though they are over an hour away from where we live.  I highly recommend Conklin!!!!
