Salesman was very friendly but the experience was terrible. My first time buying a new car and they scammed me on the deal they said they were going to make with me. When I said there was an error on the billing the salesman told me he could fix it. We then tried to speak to a manager which was impossible to do. One manager spoke to us after we sat there for an hour watching him finish his lunch when he knew we were arriving at 1230. The owner then literally refused to see my wife or myself after we explained our situation. After being told the error would be corrected the owner said too bad they signed the paper work. We then found out how the owner is leaving and doesn't really care anymore. This is a quote by a salesman in the dealership. As a first time car buyer this experience is making me hope my car lasts the rest of my life rather than deal with someone like these people again. Scam artists and an unprofessional, uncaring owner who just wants to make a quick buck and pretends he cares. A 1 is too high of a rating.

DO NOT buy a car from this dealership. If I could give no stars I would. They will not pay off your loan on your trade. I purchased a car on April 29th and it is now August 27th and they still have not fully paid off my trade. I have purchased 4 cars from this dealership and never thought to read the reviews. They do not value their customers, the owner could care less about the dealership, and the Sales manager is useless. Basically they will talk you into a car, but screw you later. The deal they give you is not worth the hassle that you will go through months after you purchase your vehicle. They offer free oil changes for a year. I would rather pay somewhere else then ever step foot back into this dealership.

Salesman Nelson was great and got me into a used SUV cheaper then my payment I was currently paying. Ask for this salesman.

One star is much much much to high -I would not give them any stars at all-  Two bad you don't have  minus stars. They would have los of them. I leased a  new car from them, received no help with a registration problem from them at all.
They are nice when you buy or lease terrible when you return with a problem. BEWARE

I really wish I could give negative stars, I'm completely serious. They put on the nice smile and offer great service but will stiff you as quickly and as hard as humanly possible! buyer beware.
