Absolutely love Toyota World of Newton! They treat their customers so well and are so extremely helpful. It always puts me at ease knowing the staff truly care about doing their job well and treating their customers like family. I will always go back to Toyota World...even when I live hours away as I do now. Thank you for always being there Toyota World of Newton. I know I can bring my car in and be confident that I am getting a good deal and quality work done.

This place is a scam. I feel sorry for anyone who things they got a good deal, they were ROBBED. This place is the worst dealership I've ever gone to and a complete rip-off joint. The price they gave was over $2k more than any other dealership I've been to for the same make/model car. I worked with salesman Bud and let's just say this is one nasty guy. 

The staff are rude and nasty and try to play mind games with you. I don't know how any of them can sleep at night. I would rather drive 5 hours away to purchase a car than by here. I have never seen a place who scams more. Do not buy here. If you do, you will be taken advantage of.

Respectful, excellent, reliable, trustworthy. Long time purchases and services. Comfort, pleasant reception. Out standing, Stands buy a hand shake deal. Very credible.

I LOVE this dealership! I have already recommended this place to a number of friends and family. I bought my vehicle elsewhere because I just moved to this area a year ago, but I bring my car here for services. The service department employees are friendly and helpful, and the customer lounge is comfortable and inviting. When I pull up to the garage door, my car is always taken in immediately. One day when I brought my car in for service, the power went out, and even that didn't cause a major delay in getting services completed. Definitely five stars here.

This place is a SCAM! I was interested in a vehicle and when I inquired about the price I was told to come in. This is BS! This place is full of shysters and rip off artists. Any other dealership sends you details through email. Instead of driving 20-25 mins down the road to purchase a vehicle here I will be traveling over an hour away to make a deal. I'm sure Toyota corporate will love this. AVOID at all costs. It is a sin these people are in business.
