The customer service is good, and the area is clean. I took my car to them for an oil change and left it overnight. Picking it up in the morning was not possible because the starter wouldn't work. $600 and about 3-4 hours later, I was able to take the car off the lot. My car did have some minor issues with starting before, but would always work in the end. While I had to run some errands, Honda Village got me a rental to use for the day. I like Honda Accords for this reason

A truly terrible place, avoid at all costs. I took my civic over for a paint recall. They said it would take about a week and they would call me once it was done. Two weeks later they still hadn't called me. When I called them they gave me the paint shop's phone number because they couldn't bother to call themselves. The paint shop told me that my car had been painted and returned to Honda Village over a week ago! When I left my car with them it was spotless. When I got to Honda Village to pick it up, it was covered in bird poop! Did they apologize for the condition of the car? Did they apologize for leaving me without a car for two weeks because they were too lazy to call and tell me it was ready? No. When I complained they didn't even see the problem, and would not agree to wash it. This is the single worst car dealership I've ever seen. Avoid at all costs.

The workers are friendly and they do the job well however they are extremely overpriced. They told me the part was super expensive (it's not), and would not come down in price even when I showed them the quote from another reputable mechanic in the area for 300 dollars less than what they were asking. Between that and how much we got taken for for the car in the first place....it's best to take your business elsewhere.

Recently I purchased a vehicle from these guys and after the sale was made, that's when EVERYTHING went downhill. We scheduled a pick up date and time for the following week and confirmed the appointment the day before... but when I arrived on pick-up day, the salesman was late by 45 min. Furthermore, he was clearly handling another customer simultaneously which I thought was rude and unprofessional given how late he was. In all, it took us over 2hours to get the keys to our new vehicle; the salesman took barely 2min to go over the car functions and how-to's. Next, the gas tank wasn't full. Instead he gave me some paper to take next door to fill up my gas. A few days later, I noticed that there was no registration sticker on my back plates and it was instead placed on my front plate. I called the dealership and they told me just to swap the plates. Well obviously yes, I know these plates need to be swapped since they were put on incorrectly, but given I had purchased a brand new vehicle, I was very, very disappointed at the lack of detail to the most basic of things. No gas in the new vehicle, the plates attached incorrectly, the untimeliness of the salesman on our appointment day, and meanwhile he's trying to make another sale with me waiting for 2hrs+. I've purchased vehicles before and this experience was just terrible. I'd rather pay a bit extra to know that I'm taken care of as a patron. The after-service and consideration once they have your money is little to none. I likely wont return here again except for my first complimentary oil change in a few months.

My experience wasn't as a customer experience but as an applicant. I applied for a position here, I got an email saying they want an interview the next day. I asked if there were any other days available and the hiring manager said "nope, tomorrow is our last day for interviews" hesitantly I agreed to go in. I live on the south shore, driving to newton was a hike, so I had to take a day off from work. I show up, dressed up, but without a resume since I don't have a printer, the hiring manager comes over and he talks to me for a bit, asked about my current job and how long I've been there and goes on to say "it was great meeting you" I was like "what?" The "interview" was literally 3 minutes long. Thanks again, Matt, for wasting a day's work, gas, and time for a short interview and no call back.
