They didn't give up until they got us into the vehicle we wanted. We didn't have to settle for just any vehicle. I will definitely be a repeat customer.

Mir was nice, compared my jeep I was about to buy to his wife's mini van. Tried to appease me on the glitches I found while going through the purchasing process, but failed to tell the shop to have them fixed. Even after I addresses the shop, some didn't get fixed till extended service plan kicked in. The financial guy worked his but off over the holiday week to get me a loan, I find it funny both lender and dealer loan officer have the same name though. I am ever so thankful he sold me on the extended service plan however, because as of now it's not a warranty, but monthly maintenance... Maybe I just bought a $20,000 lemon, but I have had multiple issues with my vehicle monthly, even during an extension of my 30day, since I bought it. I should of relinquished the vehicle back then when the warning light came on and was told it was probably my gas cap. I'm up to 2k+ in upgrades at that point and didn't want a short run of bad luck to cause me to pull them all out. The service manager is a good talker like any salesman and seems to be knowledgeable, but with service issue's I've had, my vehicle won't be going back, and I will never buy out of town again. I'm now going to be paying $100 a month delectable to have Dick Edwards juice this pretty lemon. Best of luck. I don't feel you'll get any better results from any other dealer if you shop around, especially after reading other dealorships reviews, so it must be the way of the business now.

The car selection is good in that they have many new vehicles to select from. However, the prices are a little higher than average. Also the used car selection is limited and they dont usually negotiate price point, which can be annoying. The staff are friendly and professional, they clearly know their product well enough. However the staff can be a bit pushy at times, which I find to be annoying. Overall it's an ok place, they have very fancy and awesome cars and trucks, but if you're on a budget this may not be the best place to start.

The salesman (Abel) deserted us to help other customers and didn't care about doing so. He also was NOT a good communicator with the service dept on repairs (before we bought the vehicle as we still need to make another trip for the repairs). Allen the service mgr was friendly. The stars are for the Service Dept. for for their good work.
