In one visit I became a fan. Jim and Roger in the service department helped me fix an ongoing issue with my ATS, which turned out to be a simple yet blatantly ignored problem by Open Road Cadillac of Florham Park. On top of that, Roger helped me understand how my alignment was affecting the wheel, then even went the extra mile to recommend an affordable course of action that I will be taking in the near future. After all was said and done, I paid $50 for tire rotation and oil change and they never bothered me once to bring back the XT5 loaner until my ATS was perfect again. 5-stars for the service department alone!

Mr. Lou Di Sano was great to work with. When we first talked to him, my wife and I were just looking at cars. We told him what we wanted and asked him to keep an eye out for us. Almost two months later he contacted us and told us that he had just what we were looking for. After the test drive he asked what we thought and we sat down to discuss things. He went above and beyond with us, taking time to answer all over our questions. He was a no hassle, no pressure, true professional throughout the entire experience. He got us the car of our dream at a great price and we even got more on our trade in than we expected. When it is time to replace my wife's car we will go right back to McGuire Chevy and we look forward to having Mr. Di Sano handle our next deal. Update: We just bought a gently used 2017 2500 silverado. Great truck at an amazing price. We worked with Lou Di Sano again and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a new vehicle.
