Worst automobile buying experience I've ever had. Had to return at least 3 times because to finance officer could not get the paperwork straight. Not to mention the barrage of phone calls and texts. I would go to a tote the note lot before I return to this circus.

If the option to return the vehicle was open I would sure do it just to be done with them.

Our family was in Des Moines for the Iowa State Fair and I saw a vehicle come available online at Noble Auto Group. I inquired online and was emailed an immediate response to come in and check it out. I called in the morning and arranged to look at it a few hours later. Customer Service was very helpful and fast and got everything set up. The vehicle had just come in recently on trade and was finishing being prepared. We arrived and met Glenn Harned and he did a great job kindly answering all of our questions and being extremely knowledgeable. The process went very well and our children watched Netflix inside the building while the specifics were being handled (and it was raining outside). Glenn also helped my wife move all our family vacation gear from our vehicle trade-in into the new vehicle, while I was filling out paperwork. Tim Banner, in Finance Department, explained every financing option very well to me and was also very helpful and kind. The process went very well and we are thrilled with our Traverse! Thank you Noble Auto Group, as our family would definitely recommend you again!

We were traveling on Interstate 80 and as we approached Newton developed a tire sensor problem. The dealership got us in immediately to look at it and we were back on the road within half an hour. We appreciate their prompt, courteous attention.

I bought my new car here and have had wonderful experiences with all departments and all people, minus ONE person. That snake was named Jennifer. Avoid her and you'll have a great experience!

My Ford Focus needed to go in because of a weird shudder it was having when I started from a dead stop. I made an appointment and all seemed to be on track to have it fixed that day. Later that day, I get a call and was told that I had a bad clutch pack and it needed to be replaced. They said they had the parts, but I couldn't get it fixed for another week because the technician that
does the work was on vacation and won't be back until then. (Disappoinment 1)

I was told to bring it back the following week and it would be done in a day, so I made another appointment for the following week. A week later I took my car in as soon as the doors opened on the day of my appointment and they told me it would be ready by 5 p.m. 

I hadn't heard anything at 4:30, so I called and asked, they said they were running behind and it would be another 24 hours. (Disappointment 2)

24 hours later I still hadn't heard anything so I called again, and got told that they were still behind and my car hadn't even been touched, even though, they had already given me false hope that it was being worked on for 2 days now.

By this time, I was fed up enough with the service department that I called back and talked to the manager. We had a conversation and was told that he would talk to the service people. I did finally gave my car ready for me by the following evening.

I am convinced, that had I not talked to the manager, I would have continued to be lied to and who knows how long it would have taken to get my car fixed. I do not recommend this service department, and although they are the closest ford service department to me, I will take my business elsewhere.
