I went in today for a business visa interview and had a really nice experience. They were running behind schedule by a few minutes but the lady who attended to me was super friendly (probably the most friendly visa interviewer I have ever seen). I think the catch is if you have all your docs in place, you have nothing to worry. The website has an instruction sheet for the required docs that I followed well and the interview went smoothly.

Great service. If you have all the docs they ask for, no hassle at all. Anibal, Alba were outstanding and flagged issues + fixes readily. One of the fastest turn arounds (this was my 10th schengen visa) in SF.

Literally the worst. The dude at the front is so rude (as if something wrapped in barbed wire was stuck up his ass) and they literally did not help at all in guiding me on what to bring for my Visa Application. They just said "this is wrong. find a better one" and left it all to the website (which is also not helpful or easy to navigate). Not pleased at all.

The Consul was extremely nice to me and they helped me a lot with some paperwork I needed to fix.

Began the process since June 2016.  Still waiting for someone to let me know how to reschedule an appointment.    A very bad experience indeed.
