I got there at 8am and there was already a line for 9am opening. Make sure to bring all your materials. They have a picture booth and a photo copier (25 cents) there but there could be a massive line for the booth ($10) so best bring all your stuff prior. They offer express which is an extra $20 on top of the $120 visa and you can pick it up the next day. Just know there are two lines. One for pickup and other for applying when waiting outside.

Very unreasonable staff. Make sure you get visa BEFORE 2:30 even if you already in the hall. This is not mentioned in the receipt, but should be. I went there to both renew passport and take my kid's visa. After I got passport renewed, it's already 2:40, all windows are still open except window 1/2/3. The staff refused to give me visa just because it's passed 2:30. I asked why this is not mentioned on receipt, she kept quiet. Unreasonable people.

The worst visa experience ever. Security gave me a ticket at 11:30 and asked me to come back after 13:30. My number was 137. When I came back, they were still serving number 70. Security asked me to go back to the line and wait again. They don't have any reservation system. If you don't come at 7:00, expect 5 hours waiting

This place is a kafkaesque hell on earth. If you need a visa, suck it up and pay the $100 for a service to go here for you. You’ll be glad you did.

Very important get a number pulled right when you enter after security check. Then wait for your number to be called. Very UN organizationed, line are all taken by travel agents with over 20 documents to process which should be a separated from regular travel consumers. Their system needs to be redone even with a ticketing number system. I do understand stand how they are still doing this way for the last 10 years. I consider peoples to go early to get it over with.
