We always try to be fair in our reviews and rate them appropriately.  This location just has not survived the past couple years since the pandemic started.  Service and food quality have really taken a down turn.  As a hiring manager, I get it.  The labor market, especially in the food and service industries is horrible.  However, if management takes the time to engage and invest in the people who "do" want to work and show up to work, then maybe it is a good idea to incentivize, motivate, and reward them for the positive behaviors.  Good luck in your future.

Food use to be good . .do yourself a favor go to a real sit down restaurant.....cost more here than at a real restaurant ... picture is bacon platter

Great food! Excellent staff, more importantly, Ms Latonya has such a high level of honesty. My sister inadvertently left her purse, which had everything in it from credit cards, work checks and her firearm. As you can imagine she was very frantic when she discovered that her purse was missing. I called up there and Ms Latonya stated that she had the purse. When my sister returned, everything was intact, not a penny was missing. It is very rare to see kindness, integrity and honesty all in one person. We are so grateful that Ms. Latonya was there and that she was the one that found the purse.  It could have ended very differently but it didn't. God has a plan for our lives. He showed us Grace. Thank you. We will definitely return in the near future.

Worst fast food experience in Tifton. I have lived here for years, and Hardee's usually has my favorite breakfast where fast food is concerned. But in the past few years this establishment has gone downhill. You might as well order a mystery item any time you order here because there's no telling what item off their menu you'll get. I've ordered breakfast biscuits and gotten a burger. It's ridiculous. The staff is always rude, unwelcoming and extremely unprofessional. Just generally a bad experience any time I go here. I've gone multiple times to see if it was just a certain time or day when stuff gets messed up, but it's literally any time, any day. Just a bad restaurant and not a place I would recommend to anyone.

We ordered 6 burgers 8 hr ride home lol and had a bit of a wait. The lady serving us was SUUUPER sweet we didn't  really have to wait all that long but she came and checked on us and brought us a drink.       she was a sweetheart. I would go back there just to talk to her.  Also the food was bomb

The food is typical Hardee's food good but the employees are not trying to run the drive through.  Go inside for better service.  They are actually really nice.Food: 4/5

First thing rubbed me wrong was how they talk to you on the intercom and how they rush you to order. But that's not the reason for this review, It's because after rushing us to order I was instructed to pull up to the door because it was coming out fresh. Well that was not the case they had my wife,kids n I waiting for 20-30 mins just to forget about us. So I walk in to see what's the hold up n or food was still sitting above the fryer in the baskets nor was it prepared. So basically it would have to be cooked again so yeah that was my first n last time ever stopping here last night 9/12/22

Came through the drive just to be parked. Still had to get out to check and see why we had to wait about 15 mins for "chicken tenders" to be cooked. Just to see our food sitting there getting cold. Tabitha and another guy was just sitting there like they didn't have a job to do... Might want to get some kind of leadership in this place...See why it's empty and sonic jammed packed!

Pulled up to the speaker to order and waited at least five minutes.  Checked if they were open on google.  They were and it said “updated by business 3 days ago”.  Pulled around to the window.  Lady inside saw me at the window continues putting things away and ignored me.  McDonalds was happy to have my business. I doubt I will go back to this Hardee’s location if I ever go to Hardee’s again at all.

Love the hot ham and cheese! Hubby loves their mushroom Swiss burger. The tenders are really great also! Really can't go wrong with any choice!
