I ordered a large chili this isn't a large. Plus it's not full. The staff was quick and friendly but lost my business because their quality of getting orders correctly are slacking...Food: 2/5

Terrible service. Drive-thru only. Not greeted with a smile, instead greeted with attitude. Used to love this one but currently would not recommend. Will update my review if it gets better.

There was one person in front of us waiting to order. The lady behind the counter kept telling the gentleman I'll be right with you, and kept walking away to talk with other employees. We stood in line waiting to order well over 15 minutes.Food: 1/5

Went in to order a frosty.  Stood at the counter while the dude near the drive thru looked at me and kept talking to someone out of site by the window.  Another dude steps out, looks at me and disappears.  A third dude comes up from the back looks at me, Pat's the first one on the shoulder and then disappeared over by the drive up. They kept on talking!  I finally just left!  Guess I was too white to be served, as all three homeboys just ignored me!

Service was cool, food hot manager checked to see if we needed anything having 6 kids the 4 for $4 definitely helps....on our way to Orlando!

The Hot Honey Spicy Chicken sandwich is excellent. The fried dill chips added a nice tangy crunch. I thought that I only had room for half the sandwich but easily ate it all without feeling too full. Of course, the spice level is a matter of personal taste but I would rate this heat at medium, meaning the burn did linger, perhaps due to the honey, vinegar, and bacon.

My husband and I ordered a baconator  meal and a Dave’s double burger meal. As I was reaching for our drinks I noticed that tea was all on the outside of the cup. I told my husband and he said that wasn’t a big deal. Next, I noticed that our meals were Luke warm. When we got home and took our food out of the bags ,  my burger was done so sloppy. I had mayonnaise and other juices running all over the place! My burger tasted horrible. It was too wet and soggy for me. Some of my fries  looked as if someone broke them into pieces. They were old, greasy, and soggy.  My husband didn’t like his food either and he said, You don’t have to worry about me going there anymore!” I’ve tried them before and I wanted to give them a chance and the food still sucks! The lady that took my order was nice! Great customer service!

It’s great when you have “inside” hours to 11pm since you located right off the interstate. What sad is when you lock all the door and close the inside over an hour early preventing anyone with a trailer from being able visit the restaurant.

Short staffed so I'm not going to say anything bad. They got me in. Taken care of and back on way in a matter of a few minutes.  Very satisfied with my trip. Needs more staff but making it with what they have. Oh and doing the it with a smile too.

Busy, but staff was professional & polite. Love that they have the pick your own drink w/flavor options too! Food was fresh.
