Came here on Labor Day and say lots of employees abs typical long lines. They messed up our order twice and made me wait for a long time before someone acknowledged me and resolved the issues. The employees were still nice just not very competent.
Sadly, this is the first Chick-Fil-A franchise I visited along the I-75 corridor from Atlanta, GA to Tampa, FL which has inefficient use of available staffing for dine-in with several dirty tables, and trash receptacles in need of attention for cleaning. Additionally, one of my chicken biscuits was terribly undercooked.
If you have to make a choice for a fast food restaurant in Chick-fil-A is the place to go. The service is amazing and efficient. Other fast food chains could learn from them. The food is just above average and the atmosphere is okay. Sadly they're not open on SundayFood: 4/5
It's amazing how quickly the drive thru runs, even when it's busy, and it's ALWAYS busy there. The food is great and reasonably priced. The works are always so polite and sociable. All around a great place.Food: 5/5
It was extremely busy, like busier than usual. I had a large order. Gael was nice, patient and meticulous in taking my order. There was a bit of a wait but I got my order exactly as ordered. All the employees were courteous, although a bit stressed and overwhelmed due to the large crow of people placing orders to dine-in or carry-out, online orders for pick-up and drive-thru orders. So, anytime you stop at this Chick-fil-A, expect to get top-notch service ! Dietary restrictions: Some of their meal options have a diary allergen in them. They had a sign that they are working to get that removed the dairy allergen
Drivethru order on 9/10/22…..2 of 3 breakfast sandwiches ordered were cold. Not lukewarm, just plain cold. Sandwiches looked like they'd been sitting for a while. Definitely not what I expected from this franchise. Unfortunately we didn't notice until we had already left and were in a rush to get to our destination. Probably won't be going back to this location for a while.
Hash browns were hot and greasy. Sausage Egg Cheese Buscuit was luke warm like it had been prepared long before I ordered. Pleasant staff however after the wait in line and 6 hrs of driving no time to go back. Staff outside handing orders to drive through very nice.Food: 3/5
Huge place but an awesome team there. Looked like a zillion cars wrapped around it. But went inside to empty counter and had my order in less then 2min. They look busy they are but they are fast really fast.
Both the sandwich we ordered and the 8 piece nuggets were dry and old tasting as if they had been there in the tray for a long time. Also got a milkshake which was so think you couldn't drink it with the straw and the taste was off. Giving them a 3 star rating was being generous this time. Very disappointing visit. Heaven's chicken tasted like it went through Hades and back before we got it.
It was getting cold when we stopped, but had our dog, so we couldn't go in. The Drive Thru was crowded then stopped. We waited a good 20 minutes without moving. When we did start, apparently the credit card reader had blown out. It didn't bug us, 99% of the time we use cash.Food: 5/5
