My husband and I frequent burger King. We went recently and got one of their meal deals. Well unknowingly I ordered a sandwich that was way smaller than I planned on getting. The guy working was super nice and offered to exchange it out for me for the other burger available on the meal deal. It came out hot and fresh and the customer service was fantastic.

Stopped by because someone had a craving. She got two cheeseburgers and fries, in which we all grabbed some because fries in the bag is fair game for a taste. The smell alone from the bag just made your mouth water, but it was late and some of us had to have some restraint, except for a fry or two. Anyhow, she said it was all hot and tasty and really hit the spot after traveling.

This is one of the best BK's I've been to. Food was all piping hot, and had great service. The manager waited on us, I assume Elisha Thomas since her name was on the door. We are from Illinois so won't be back but would totally recommend!Food: 5/5

Breakfast was good and hot. Service at the counter was courteous and prompt.

Poor service, cleanliness; zero stars, 3 stars for the hot fries aafter a 15 minute wait for two burgers! Person working the window need to leave her personal problems out of the workplace and the Youngman clean behind the counter need a belt so that customers cannot see his white underwear as they wait for their meals.  I made a note never to stop there again while traveling I75. Kudos to the young lady working the Lobby register,  she was very pleasant and performing the job of 3 people. She needs to take her talents elsewhere.

Burger King is always kind of dependable. I only did the drive thru but food was good and fresh so no complaintsFood: 4/5

Was told I cannot get a whopper for breakfast.  This is the first BK I’ve been to that wouldn’t serve me a whopper for breakfast time.  I will not be back .. I’m a truck driver and there lot is large enough to get in early in the morning after my route is finished when I’m in that area. It’s sad !!

I will say this is the BEST customer service we have ever encountered. The ladies working the drive thru windows were professional, sweet & extra considerate! They made our food fresh and was more than happy to let us know. We travel a lot and coming across a real franchise who has well mannered and hardworking employees is like a breath of fresh air! So, Titeanna if you see this, this is for you girl  and also to whoever the other lady was, unfortunately, the reciept only says one name!!

Terrible service experience at this BK. We wanted one whopper meal. Cash registers were not working and it did not occur to our cashier to use the drive thru register until after 12 minutes of us waiting. After ordering we waited and additional 10-13 minutes before our food was ready. Not fast food and a bad stop off I-75. Too bad I could not give this restaurant a zero star review.

Drive thru only open ,due to Noone wants to go back to work, sitting home collecting that free check till it runs out, then what????
