We bought a Honda Odyssey 2018 from this dealership. The experience was amazing. Joe Childers , provided exceptional guidance in our car hunt journey. Not once did he push us to buy, letting us make our choices and deciding which vehicle was best for us.He answered all our questions and helped us make a good decision.  The dealership is very neat and clean and enables a warm and courteous environment for buyers to make their right choices. The sale closing process was very smooth and thorough. I would surely come back to this dealership for my next vehicle.
 I have also been using their service center for the past 5 years, for my older 2001 Honda Accord. And their service dept is exceptionally good, as well. Keep up the good work!

Really had a terrific experience leasing my Honda Accord Touring from Palm Harbor Honda.  From the moment I stepped into the showroom and met Jamie B. in person, I felt very comfortable (same with John L.).  They worked hard to earn my business and provided consistent communication with a smile.  Great guys.

In my past car buying experiences, the later stages of the purchase with the Business Manager could be less enjoyable.  In this case, however, I couldn't speak more highly of Palm Harbor Honda's Business Manager James H.  It's refreshing to see someone handle their profession with as much pride, effort, and attention to detail as James does.  Complement those attributes with great people skills and you've got someone who is going places.  Courtesy should look for opportunities for this guy, because he's got tons of potential to be an impact player in a great company.

I'll definitely bring my business back to Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda!

The past few months I’ve been thinking about making a new car purchase and I knew I wanted to upgrade my Civic to a CR-V. A family member who works for Honda in another state suggested I look into the 2017 CR-V EX and above models as I originally only wanted the basic model. I originally had an appointment with Joseph C. on 9/28/17 but was seen and helped by Ali G. Both gentleman were professional and helpful and answered any questions I had. I met with Brian D. the new car sales manager that day and by 9/30/17 I took the plunge into purchasing my first new car. James H. in the financing department helped with finalizing everything and answered both mine and my mom’s questions on the different types of financial plans that were offered. Initially I was nervous with taking a huge step in my life and I didn’t know how the sales representatives would treat me but the entire process was seamless, professional, and efficient. I have been a client of this dealership for years and I look forward to continuing my business with Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda!

I came in for services this past week. Keith was communicative and excellent with informing me of issues found during the multi-point inspection. He let me know what was covered and what wasn't covered  by my warranty and quickly assisted in getting me into a rental car. Keith was also very quick to return any messages left on his voicemail. I hope to do repeat business with Courtesy Palm Harbor Honda and Keith.
