Wow, this dealership is amazing. The service department is A+++. The entire experience was perfect.

Russell Kaye was my service adviser and he was fantastic to deal with. I showed up during lunch time, which was very busy for them. Scheduling around lunch time, you assume that they'll be busy, so I expected a bit of a wait. However, that was not the case; I had no wait at all. They took my name & VIN and had everything else ready from my phone call when I had scheduled the appointment. The entire process was very organized and streamlined. I didn't feel like they were rushing me either. 

Same experience upon dropping the loaner vehicle off and picking my vehicle back up. They also clean your vehicle before returning it.

I would definitely recommend this dealership to anybody that's interested in having their vehicle serviced.

Russell Kaye... has to be the most professional/ courteous service advisor I have EVER dealt with. Russ went above/ beyond to assure complete customer satisfaction. I work in the auto industry and I know quality when I see it.

Awesome service from the time I was greeted in the service drive. Getting a loaner car was simple, and I got my car back the next day. Lexus of Clearwater exceeded all of my expectations, and brought me back my car in better condition than I left it. I cannot think of one reason why I would service elsewhere.

Our experience at the Clearwater Lexus dealer was excellent. The service we received was outstanding Mrs. Dalia Shaker gave us an outstanding an outstanding help throughout the buying process. She should be commended.

Steve Miskiewicz, our sales person, was one of the best we have had. He was knowledgeable, respectful, with great presentation skills and truly pleasant. He represents the best of Lexus Clearwater...which is why this is our fifth vehicle bought at this dealership! Thank you, Steve.
