I can't begin to tell you how well Lokey took care of me. I just purchased my third vehicle from them. Luis and another gentleman met me in the lot and greeted me with their names, patiently listened to my story and why I was back. They took me inside, had the vehicle I had found on True Car app and brought it out. After listening to my story and being patient while communicating with my sign language interpreter, they brought Bruno the General Sales Manager over. Bruno offered me an excellent deal on the used vehicle I wanted but after listening to my financial situation, he got me an even better deal on a new Nissan. Matt the finance and legal guy was friendly, fun, and efficient as he thoroughly explained everything during the signing process. Side note, I know several crash investigators for the county sheriff's department and they all say that Nissan makes an EXCELLENT vehicle to protect you during a bad crash. 
I have also been with their service department for four years now and they do a great job servicing their vehicles. Thanks Lokey, your new building is very comfortable and looks great now that you have sales and service all in one building!!

Excellent service, our sales associate James Dena was super helpful and knowledgeable. I will recommend to all of my family and friends to go here. Free oil changes for life on top of a great deal... I love my new Nissan! Thanks Lokey!

I was very unimpressed with the whole experience today. I had to wait 15 minutes to talk to chuck only because I had previously scheduled an appointment over the telephone (even though all the other customer service reps had no one). When we walked up to his counter he didn't say hello may name is chuck he just kept typing on his computer then I mentioned that I had a recall for both side airbags & he said we can do the passenger only because we do not have the parts for the driver side. I said I was told I could get a courtesy vehicle because I do not feel comfortable driving my vehicle with a pending driver airbag recall. He then proceeded to tell me that I need to sign this paper & if I lied or drove my vehicle I would have to pay thousands of dollars. I said I am not driving my vehicle because I do not feel safe.  he kept saying that this form is going in my file & I will be liable if I lie. I felt like I was being belittled...being judged because I was a younger female. I understand that he has to do his job but there is a way to go about it! I signed the paperwork & asked if I could have a copy...he said it's going in your file. I said that was fine I will just take a photo on my phone...he then made me a copy. This whole experience was just in my opinion unnecessarily rude.  When we dealt with Tim to get the loaner vehicle...he was super helpful...explained everything...it was like Day & night! Very pleased with tim's service! The customer before us experienced the same type of service because we witnessed it...please feel free to call me or my mother since she was with me. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I normally would not even do this but today really upset me!

Excellent! Friendly, caring environment. Honest and kind people. They make purchasing an automobile simple and stress free! I went 400 miles just to buy from Lokey Nissan and was worth it. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you Miguel !!

This was the first time in several months that I had been back to this dealership for service on my Nissan 370Z. They are now in their new service center. However, I did not receive the personalized service that I received when they were in the other service center. And used to be, they went over every detail what they did or what they found that needed to be done to your car for future service. They did not do that this time. Also after the car was service, they would wash your car for free. Again they did not do that this time. So I feel the service has degraded quite a bit since moving into the new service center. Also, my receipt said that they put in 5w 30 oil into my 370Z, but the service technician assured me they put in synthetic oil. I sure hope that is the case.
