I'd been using Ferman for service and thought their service staff and process was great. Recently I purchased a car and Ken Russell was my sales person. This was the first time the process was quick and very easy. No need for haggling. I told him what I wanted and what I was willing to pay and right off the bat he came back with acceptable terms. He even went over and beyond to help with programming my garage door with the new car. I'd never been able to program my pervious car with and thought it because it was old.... thanks Ken

Dan MacDonald is the man. He treated me more as family than a buyer. He listened to what I wanted and worked hard getting it. Did everything he could to help my family. Awesome man. Knows his stuff and isn't looking to just make a buck first... Dan the man. Awesome

EXCELLENT BMW DEALER! Alexis Defreitas is fabulous to work with! She was very friendly and inviting and helped navigate my BMW purchase! Thank you! DAN THE MAN!! I recently purchased a used BMW X5 from Ferman, and had a five star car buying experience with Dan McCloy. Seriously, don't waste your time anywhere else! Dan tailored a customer service experience that was second to none. His professionalism and courtesy made the process a breeze. I would recommend him several times over to family and friends. I am beyond happy with my purchase and feel so fortunate to have been connected up with such a great dealership that has awesome people like Dan. You're not just another customer to him, you are a guest and a friend. And when I ran into some issues with the car after purchase, Dan went out of his way to make sure that I was taken care of and brought the issue to expeditious resolution without even a second thought. How refreshing!! Ferman is lucky to have someone of his caliber...go see Dan for your next purchase or lease, you'll be glad you did!!

Worst service! Second time in a row that they do not let me know that my vehicle will not be serviced in time for a simple interior cleaning. I dropped off my vehicle at 830am and had to call them at 230pm to know the status of it. They told me via text it would not be seen until the next day. I need my car because I need to pick up my toddler from school . I told them that when I made the appointment and that it’s the same thing that happened the first time and now, again. Just lack of consideration for others and lack of communication. Now, I will be going somewhere else to get my vehicle serviced and clean before next week... since I am due next week. Wasting my time is the only thing that gets me really upset...only thing you can’t get back.
