Doug was hands down the best salesman I've ever worked with. Truly no pressue. I felt like I had just met a fiend that wanted to find me the perfect car and on top of that wanted to get me a great deal on it! I cannot recommend Doug enough. Great job Lokey VW, you now have a customer for life. Thanks again Doug!

Had 2 recalls on a 2012 Volkswagen CC 
Scheduled the appointment for a Thursday and I was asked to bring it in on Wednesday. Took it on a Wednesday and 20 minutes later they called me and told me the car was ready. An hour later I went to pick it up and had to wait another 35 minutes for them to finish the work. Next day they called me to ask if everything was fine and I told them that one of the recalls was the steering wheel clock spring and it still makes the same noise. They asked me to bring the car back the next day and that they would look at it. When I brought the car back "Kevin" told me that it would be a diagnostic fee. Why would you ask me to bring the car back to look at it and not tell me that there would be a diagnostic fee? While in the lobby, another girl came in and they forgot to put a horn in her Volkswagen after some repair.. very unprofessional!!! 
I told him that I will leave the review about the whole experience. 
And the  "Kevin" walked out after me to tell me "you better not leave a negative comment".. I just left so he doesn't waste any more of my time.. I rather go somewhere else and get it fixed right even if I have to pay for the recalls problem..

I brought my can in for service for multiple concerns, they quickly supplied me with a loaner vehicle to drive, all issues were resolved and Spencer and the team went above and beyond to make sure everything was handled and PERFECT. Highly recommend this service department and will ONLY bring my vehicle here from now on.

My girlfriend has taken her car there for service since new. Last 3 oil changes let them know that she smells coolant from front of car. They have never checked out the coolant smell. Said there isn't anything to worry about, without pressure testing the system. Asked them to check the alternator after we just replaced the battery. Said they would, after returning to pick up car, said the never checked it and they would have to charge us due to car being out if warranty. Never called to see if we wanted to pay to have it looked at. Service Writer had an arrogant attitude and wasn't very helpful. Will not be taking her car back to this location again.
