Great views. Clean rooms friendly service. Valet parking is nice, no need to try to find a spot. The only thing I did not like was the fridge was so small. We were in a double room 4 people we couldn't fit our left overs from the Cheesecake Factory :( Other than that it was an AMAZING stay!!

I LOVE this place! We visit Buffalo yearly and this hotel is amazing. There's a view of the canal side, not even a 5 minute walk to get to it from this hotel. The staff is friendly, and out of the two times we've stayed it's been wonderful. The pool and hot tub are relaxing- it's never crowded. The valet is a great plus, as well. Will definitely be staying here when we come back!

Room was very nice. Everything was great actually. The only downside was no free breakfast. They only have valet parking, which isn't bad. Overall we were very happy with our stay.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. Room had some strange furniture that wasn't comfortable or practical. Desk had no light, phone, or power to charge phone/tablet. There were outlets under the wall mounted TV and by the coffee maker which was perched on a wedge shaped wall. Good overnight place to sleep but I'll probably choose another hotel or at least check out different room.

Great views, great location, great workers. We always stay here during a Sabres game. Just wish that they would either not charge so much when it's half full, or at least include the parking fee. I knock off one star only because of the expense. If the parking was included then I would give it 5 again.
