Excellent service the moment we arrived... From the valet, the bellman check in and the manager... All within 10 minutes of arriving. The room was a little too cool (66 degrees) when we opened the door but otherwise what I expected. Would definitely stay here in the future.

The hotel is older, but you would never know by looking at the inside. They have done an excellent job at revamping everything from the lobby to the elevators to the rooms. They're customer service is second to none. The location is right in the heart of downtown. The staff are polite and very attentive. The stay itself was very pleasant. The only piece I wish it had was a hot tub. Excellent hotel!

The restaurant has great service. The prices are appropriate for a restaurant inside a hotel and food is really good. The open atmosphere of the restaurant is great plus.

The hotel is centrally located. There is a wonderful restaurant, bar, Starbucks and pool, workout room, office all inside the hotel. I had a great view of the city from the 6th floor. Concierge very helpful with information about buses so that I could visit Niagara Falls without having to drive.

I've stayed here more than 5 times. It's always a good stay. The hotel is downtown in a great location. It's next to the train so getting around is easy. The rooms are clean and you feel comfortable.
