Good quality lunch and dinner. Breakfast could have more variety. Rooms were decent, but it was either too cold or too hot. The thermostat was sort of bugged. Nice coffee and tea at lobbie though. Service was nice.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Buffalo. The location is very close to a ton of great restaurants as well as canalside. There is parking right next to the hotel for $15 per night. As a tip, try for a corner room on a high floor. The view from room 1410 was great with windows on two sides and the room was huge!

The front desk was very welcoming and helpful. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. The area around the hotel was interesting, the skyline was beautiful at night. The area around the hotel however left much to be desired. Hotel amenities and staff were great.

Have used Hiltons since 2013 and one thing I can say they are consistently good . This was our first visit to the Hilton Gardens in downtown Buffalo and it was also good. The staff were excellent they were friendly and helpful. Our room was roomy, comfortable and clean. Glad we used the Hilton Gardens on our recent visit to Buffalo

One of the best hotel experiences I've had! Bed was perfect, staff friendly, great breakfast, and the light rail station was literally right across the street. Downtown Buffalo was a real delight to explore with its many historical and architectural treasures, flowers, and small restaurants and brew pubs.
