We bought our E-Bikes at Crazy Lenny's and we are really pleased with every aspect of our dealings by Len and all of his employees. Len took the time to show us many different brands and models to fit our needs and he and his staff made sure we understood the operation of all the features. Riding our E-Bikes has been blast. If you want to enjoy biking again then buy an E-Bike from Crazy Lenny's. He really does have the best price.

Yesterday, I stopped by just pondering a gift for my dearest friend. Ravi and Lenny were thoughtful, diligent and knowledgeable. I decided on the Easy Motion EasyGo Street. Ann and I took her new bike out for a 21mile spin. We had a great time and she loved it!

Very knowledgeable help and so kind. First time e-bikers this is the perfect place to go! Great selection for any level rider from 3-wheel variation to highend techie e-bikes. Len was also there and so friendly.

The service that I received at Crazy Lenny's E-Bikes was fantastic! I originally went in to the store last month after deciding to buy an E-Bike to replace my car for communing. I went into the store just to get an idea of the bikes that were available and was kindly greeted by Lenny and his staff. Lenny then took the time to personally walk me around the store after finding out more about my needs. We were able to narrow down the huge selection at the store to several bikes which fit my needs. Lenny offered to ride any bike I was interested in and made me feel very welcome! I wanted to involve my spouse in the decision and came back a week later after doing more research. When I came back, I worked with Gary, who was also fantastic and provided me with excellent service. We test rode several bikes and decided on the Stromer ST1-X. Overall, I could not be more pleased with my purchase, the service I received from Crazy Lenny's, or the quality and selection of E-Bikes. Several of my friends have already tried the bike as well and I highly recommended they check out Crazy Lenny's store in Madison! Thanks for everything. I can assure you that I will return to this store for my next E-Bike.
