Very happy with the service provided at Wagner Tire! The owner is super awesome and very helpful and certainly gave me piece of mind.

My van was in need of urgent repairs while my wife was on on a road trip with all of my children (I had to work). She pulled into the shop and they promptly began diagnosing the issue and ordered the parts. Unfortunately the repairs would not be completed until the day after.

Essentially stranded, the owner was able to drive my wife and kids to a nearby hotel for the night when she was not able to get a rental vehicle on such short notice. Then, once the repairs were complete, they were able to drop off my van at the hotel so she wouldn't have to grab an Uber.

They did good work on my van at a fair, comparable price. I highly recommend Wagner Tire!

Had my exhaust repaired and  less than 6 months later it had the same issue as before. I talked to the staff and they said they can't do anything about it and I have to pay for a full repair again without any promises that it will last. Seems like they are unable to do the repair properly. Had my brakes done as well and when I left I got halfway down the road and my tire was wobbling. I pulled over and realized the lug nuts were very loose.  Very dangerous! I will now use the other reputable shops in the area. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SHOP TO ANYONE SO SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY BY GOING ELSEWHERE!!

High Quality work done quickly and at the right price.  Exactly what you want from an auto repair shop.  Kind,helpful staff and good mechanics who will explain what they did to your vehicle and do what they can to save you money if they have options.  I will be going back to them for a while.
