I went in to get a diagnostic run for my check engine light that had come on, and Jaime was very helpful in explaining the necessary repair and helping me to make the decision of what to get done.  During the repair there was a complication that resulted in some additional work needing to be done to my car that was not anticipated, and Jaime was extremely flexible and reassuring that they would get it fixed the next day for me.  When I returned to get my car, they had fixed the original problem and the complications, and footed the bill for the additional costs that arose as a result of the complications from the original repair.  They were very professional throughout the whole process, and I will definitely be returning in the future for any other work I need done.  You can be sure you're in good hands while at Auto Pro To Call.

After a TERRIBLE experience at the dealership, these guys came to my rescue!! Jaime was my service advisor and really reassured me that they would be able to take care of my a/c. I got checked in 10 mins before they even opened and they were pulling my car back within 15 mins. The shuttle service is awesome, even though it ends a little early (4pm). They figured out the problem within the hour and had my car fixed by the next day. I’ve been desperate to find a mechanic I can trust and I will be coming back to these guys as long as I’m in Chapel Hill!

These guys are awesome.  Steam was coming from under the hood in my old van and the temperature was spiking.  I knew they were nearby because my son has used them for years.  I limped in less than an hour before closing.  They squeezed me in with no appointment, let it cool, re-clamped a hose, filled the radiator with coolant, and tested the fans and thermostat.  On my way in no time, plus they called me the next day to make sure I got home alright.  You won't find better service.

I really appreciate the Auto Pro To Call team. I have had nothing but positive experiences with them and their work. They are honest, forthcoming, and extremely helpful with any automotive issue. Beyond trusting Auto Pro To Call with all our car maintenance, my wife and I have often asked for advice about car purchases, insurance issues, and repairs. The team is always friendly, helpful, and extremely knowledgeable. I highly recommend their services.
