Friendly staff, quick transaction time, great selection of inventory, and great buying experience. I will definitely be looking here again for my next business truck! It was worth the 8 hr round trip to visit this dealership.

Russell Carter delivered far above my expectations!!! When I contacted him about test driving and possibly purchasing an SS, he promised the process would be quick and easy. I didn't even have a chance to sit when I got to Criswell; a quick copy of my driver's license and out for a test drive. By the time I got back, Russell had crunched the numbers, and I was able to walk out the door with an offer in hand — about 30 minutes after I FIRST arrived. I returned the next morning to pick up my new car and couldn’t be any happier! Russell, along with Abe and Greg, made this the most pain-free auto purchase EVER! The SS is AMAZING, btw!

Received quotes from multiple dealers and Abe at Criswell was most efficient, transparent, and the least "salesy." He was direct with what price he could or could not match, paid close attention to my search parameters and quickly provided me with inventory via text that matched my requirements. Other dealers wouldn't even provide VIN numbers or precise quotes as a sales tactic to get me into the dealership; not Abe. Most seamless car buying experience I've encountered thus far.

I have purchased my last 2 new vehicles from Peter (2007 Tahoe and 2016 Silverado). Barring any unforeseen circumstances I will always do business with Peter Eaton and the Criswell brand. Great service, extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Had 2 awesome experiences with this company and I'm about to have a 3rd.
