Extremely professional service and top concern for resolving the problems. My service adviser, Crystal Vanderpuije, understood the issue with the car and made sure it was completely taken care of. She is very hands on when it comes to making sure the customer's issues are resolved. The technician that worked on the car took the initiative to order a part for an issue he discovered that I had not initially addressed, and resolved that problem without my prompting. That's the kind of service that you always hope for but rarely find.

This wasn't a pleasant experience.  The dealer has me come and didn't give me any feedback about trade in while he searched for financing.  Not one word was mentioned about the 'loyalty offer of $1000' which was mentioned in the multiple phone calls I received.  Had to return to the dealership on a different day for yet more waiting and limited information.  Of course a down payment was requested at the last minute.  
So disappointing!!!

Very attentive salesman "Thomas".  Very competitive price for my Nissan NV200 SV.  They even made sure that I knew about Nissan's company incentives for this particular truck.  Everyone was polite and professional and very helpful. I would highly recommend.

We were in search for a certain vehicle (Honda Element) and our sales representative Michael V helped us out 100% along the way. Not only did he go out of his way to help us find the car, but he also made sure it was in pristine condition (inside and out) before we got the keys. A great price and excellent staff. Very polite and professional. Super accommodating from start to finish. I’d definitely recommend Michael and Criswell Nissan to anyone. Thanks again!
