Had an excellent experience working with Kate and Greg.  I had been working with a few other dealerships prior to this and was about to give up on getting the car I wanted for a price I was willing to pay.  Then a friend suggested that I contact Sheehy in Gaithersburg to see if they could help.

I talked with Greg initially, explaining everything I was looking for, how much I was trying to spend, and what I had in trade.  He got back to me shortly afterward with an excellent price that beat both of the other dealerships I'd been talking with by thousands and matched my best trade in offer.

He then put me in touch with Kate, who helped me along the rest of the way.  She was kind, courteous and very helpful.  Not only did she ensure I had a smooth and pleasant experience while I was there, she's also gone out of her way to make sure I continued to feel that way afterward.  I would strongly recommend working with her if you are given the opportunity.

All told, Sheehy came out with their best foot forward and never looked back.  I've purchased many new vehicles over the years, and the experience I had at Sheehy in Gaithersburg was easily one of the best.

My husband purchased his truck from Kate a couple of years ado and we knew who to see when shopping for our family SUV.  Kate is honest, direct and genuinely looks out for your best interest.  Lets be honest...not something you would expect when shopping for a new car!  Kate saves you time by cutting out the BS and makes the process simple and painless.  She's become one of our good friends over the years.  Thanks Kate for looking out for us!

First new car purchase went great! Had Matt as my sales rep and he really went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly. I was an out of state buyer so his truthfulness and quick turnaround on any questions I had made organizing the purchase and pickup of the car a breeze, even on a tight schedule. I highly recommend Matt and Sheehy Ford for a great car buying experience.

Chico from Parts is the most caring person I've ever seen in the car service industry.  Joe from Service is simply a magician: he fixed my car within a few seconds.  Both guys are really exemplary.  Their motto is to provide the best service possible.  Sheehy Ford should be really proud having people like Chico and Joe on their team.

I just want to say how amazing my experience was at Sheehy ford.  john was my service advisor and WOW he was great.  it was my first time at the dealership and I did not buy my car there but john treated me like he knew me for years. I am blown away by the excellent  customer service provided by john and Sheehy . I strongly recommended this dealership to anyone!
