The dealership is nice and clean. Customer services are good. I was in for a collision damage estimate without an appointment. I got the results back after about 30 minutes. While staying in the waiting area, i had a latte and watched some winter Olympic games. If the waiting area double the space, i would rate it 5 stars.

A.C. Latifi is your sales guy and Gordon is your guy in service!!!!! The customer service exhibited by these two gentlemen is, well....... Mercedes Benz class. Very informative and beyond courteous. A.C. is a true Consultant not a salesman and Gordon is the most practical, friendly and easy to work with service representative I've ever worked with. After years of bringing my Mom's cars in for service I am happy I get to work with these guys on my first Mercedes adventure. This is a real post and they didn't even have to throw in all weather mats........(if there are some in the trunk at pick up I won't complain) 🤣

Very professional and courteous staff. Zachary Baum was my assigned service advisor  and he handled all my requests in a very professional manner and resolved them quickly

We don't have the newest or most expensive car, but the people is Euro always treat us like royalty.  They are the most accommodating, honest, and pleasant people to deal with.  From the guys at the parts counter to the service representative and sales people, they are always professional, pleasant, and great to do business with.  My highest recommendation!
