This dealership was top notch hands down! Andrew H. went above and beyond to make sure I purchased the car I was most comfortable with. He gave me suggestions and his advice, but was in no way pushy what-so-ever. I ended up getting a brand new car that I LOVE and can afford. He even took the time to make sure I knew how everything worked and was set up properly as far as connecting the blue tooth with my phone, etc. After, Marcus helped out with finalizing the purchase and it was absolutely painless. So quick and professional. I felt like family by the end of the whole process! I would recommend Fitzgerald Subaru to anyone who is looking for a new or used vehicle.

Fitzgerald Service center newly renovated and friendly staff... they offer free car wash if you are waiting for your vehicle while being serviced but you must ask for it. A very clean, comfortable customer waiting lounge with free refreshments (not just coffee) as well as free Wifi. Strongly recommend if you have to wait while your vehicle is being serviced.

We actually had a wonderful experience buying a Forester at Fitzgerald Subaru.  Who would have guessed such a thing is possible?  The dealer's staff and Subaru made us feel valued and they were always honest and respectful.  Great dealer and people.

The no-haggle price is nice, but then they keep coming at you to buy the service package, the undercoating, the ding & dent protection, the extended warranty, etc.  The salesperson tried three times, another person came in and tried while the salesperson was "meeting with the manager" and even the finance person got in on the act, which was disgraceful. Just sell me the dang car already!

We were in the dealership for four hours, two of which were wasted on trying to sell us additional garbage we didn't need.  I've never been stuck in a showroom for that long and will absolutely NEVER buy another car from ANY Fitzgerald dealership.  Save your time and sanity and go elsewhere.

Came here to get an airbag and a brake line corrosion recall taken care off. Scheduling an appointment in advance was very simple. My car was well taken care of.
