I am a Honda person, i will never go to local shop when the vehicle is under warranty irrespective of the issue or for an oil change. My car warranty was expiring in two months, so i decided to go with Honda and not to go with a local mechanic. I chose this place and went in for a check up as my car was making grinding noise. They said rotors must be changed and i spent 1000$ here to do that. In 3 weeks, my vehicle again started making the same noise.  These people asked me to take the vehicle for inspection, they spent an hour and said this is normal, that's how Honda makes noise. I have owned that care for 5 years and i know how it made noise or not, i felt mechanic was just trying to get rid of me by saying that. When i showed the same noise to local shop, they said they need to inspect rotors. I am yet to spend money again on rotors to fix them. These people just make money in the name of Honda, i would never go to this place.

Peter Eaton (dealer) and finance guy Rob Flowers were absolutely wonderful to work with. They were not only polite but also knowledgeable and trustworthy. Even when we ran into hiccups in the buying process those two angels made certain that my daughter and I did not leave there without the car she wanted at the price we wanted.  I hope Criswell knows how valuable good employees are.  Well done Mr. Eaton and Mr. Flowers you make buying a car easy.

If you are in the town go to them.

Could have been a better experience. But I do thank them for having poor service, because without that, I wouldnt have found the car of my dreams at another dealership! So thank you!
