We were desperately in search of a dealership we could trust to have our VW serviced. Although King is a bit of drive for us, it seems to be worth it. We really appreciate the professionalism, and the attention to detail. The gentleman, Michael Park, who we are working with listens to our concerns, provides pictures and detailed explanations, makes sure we understand the costs, and is kind. We are so happy with the experience we have had. An owner even took the time to speak with us.

The sales representative was very helpful, supportive and knowledgeable. It was the most detailed function introduction I have ever received. Although we had a bit misunderstanding about the "final price", they did their best to help me through. Overall, I had a great shopping experience with King's VW, will recommend it to anyone I know that is considering about get a new car.

My car buying experience at King’s Volkswagen couldn’t not have been any better.....Mostly because of Ignacio Rada....he made the whole process a lot smoother. He is a friendly, upbeat, and honest person who does anything in his power to get you what you want. He does his homework telling you about the latest features of the car you might want to buy. He was always available and willing to go out of his way to work with me. Even picking me up to make my purchase. He followed me throughout the whole process making sure I was taken care of, being there every step of the way. He genuinely cares about his customers. I am sure the rest of the sales staff is just as professional. Would definitely do business with them again if I need to. Great place to buy a car.

King Volkswagen is an exceptional dealership. The product knowledge was second to none, they understood and addressed our concerns when looking for a vehicle and made the experience a pleasure from start to finish. I would recommend for anyone to go to Kong Volkswagen. On another note, the Volkswagen Atlas is an SUV that any family should be looking at. It is a reasonably priced vehicle that has all the bells and whistles and feels like a mini van in the inside. It is huge. Go to King Volkswagen and check it out!!!!

Deceptive practices. They advertised a car $2000 less than anyone else. Turns out it wasn’t true. They priced like no one else because they left off charges everyone else included and included every possible promotion when it’s improbable that someone could qualify for all of them. Their ad did NOT disclose what promotions they are including. Ultimately the price they’re advertising is higher than most any other dealer I could find. As if that wasn’t enough, I was contacted by four different people all of whom said they’d get back to me with numbers and none of them did. But that didn’t stop them from putting me in their mailing list and spamming me with deceptive advertising. And all this great behavior before the sale. Can’t imagine what they’re like after the sale.
