By far the best and cleanest CrossFit I've ever been to! The super friendly and encouraging coaches make every workout fun and they allow me to scale down my workouts/weights to meet my personal preference. Awesome members too! CrossFit always seemed intimidating to me until I finally tried it. I now prefer it over any type of exercise. I also thinks it's the fastest way to get fit for anyone at any level of fitness. Highly recommend it ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐!

My wife and I droppedal by for a workout. The box was very clean and very well maintained the coach was attentive and positive. He scaled us appropriately and helped me immensely with my technique. Great convenient location. Equipment was nice new and good variety

When I think of crossfit I think of positive vibes, like minded people working hard to accomplish a goal and community. At Crossfit Las Olas I was so pleased to have that experience in addition to that the box super clean, organized and they have an amazing staff! Great box I highly recommend people to check it out!

Great box. Casey did a great job instructing the class. She made everyone feel welcomed, informed and motivated to get an excellent workout in. I highly recommend CFLO as a home box for those looking!

In a word...HOME. This is home. Feels like home. Looks like home. The people all feel like family. Casey and Tim are the parents (owners) and are always there looking out for ALL of us when it comes to training and technique. They offer a full week for FREE to see if you want to commit. NO DROP IN FEES either!!! Last week I met a guy from Sweden and another one from Minnesota. Our gym is very clean and we all pitch in to keep it that way. There is art on the walls and great music for the workouts. It's a fantastic location too. WOD's are always on time and I am always finished in an hour. I used to be at another box for several years and it closed down. It took me a LONG time to find this place and I am SO GLAD I did! It is worth every penny and more. Investing in my health with CFLO is the best decision I have made in as long as I can remember. I already can't wait for my next WOD!!!
